By car or rent a car

START AFTER RENTAL CAR:Take the exit on your right, turn left and then immediately right to enter the highway, stay in the right lane (you will see the airport is located on your left), drive towards San Ramon and straight for about 11 km. You will pass a POWER STATION on the right, DOS PINOS on the left, Gollo on the left as well. When you get to R COPE pull into the right lane IMMEDIATLY and take the right deviation. After about 30 m take the road to the left towards ATENAS, continue straight until you reach the supermarket LA GARITA (on your right).

At this point you have 2 options: the highway (take it during the nighttime) or Aguacate (scenic route recommended by day).

1st - Highway: When you arrive at the small supermarket LA GARITA (on your right), you take a left turn. After a few km you will reach an overpass. Do not go below but instead take a left and once you arrive at the top keep to the right to enter the highway. Then continue straight, pass the output of OROTINA and IMMEDIATELY after the toll at about 100 m take the detour to the right, 360°.

2nd - Aguacate: When you arrive at LA GARITA supermarket, continue straight on to ATENAS, when you get to SAN MATEO take a right turn and after 50 m a left turn towards OROTINA. Keep straight across the city and about 200 m after the gas station (on your left) take the detour. Follow the road signs for QUEPOS, JACÓ and TARCOLES. Take the road to CALDERA. IMMEDIATELY after the toll at about 100 m take the detour to the right, 360°.

At this point, both paths join.

After the 360° turn, go under the overpass and continue straight ahead at the roundabout towards Tarcoles and Jacó. Keep going straight until you reach the Tarcoles bridge. During the day you can stop here to have a look at the crocodiles. Take the road straight ahead. If you want to visit JACÓ, take the deviation to the right at the road sign and continue the trip. You can make several stops to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Go straight through Playa Hermosa, Esterillos Oeste Y Este and Bejuco. You will arrive in Parrita. Drive through the whole town and cross the bridge at the end. Just after Marisquería CHEPE take the first road to the right. About 500 m later you will arrive at a village called PUEBLO NUEVO. Follow the road, turn to the right and continue straight. You will pass a small bridge (way in the beach PALO SECO) take the road to the left, continue for about 5 km along the beach road, pass LA ISLA hotel and 500m later on your left you will find the Hotel CLANDESTINO BEACH RESORT. Bus
• Take the direct bus to Quepos city, from the Tracopa bus station (14-16 Street, 5th Avenue Tracopa Alfaro)).
• Then stop in Parrita city (tell the bus driver that you need to stop there)
• In Parrita city you need to take a taxi to Palo Seco beach (Marisol), to Clandestino Beach Resort is a 10 minute drive, it will 7.000 colones ($14 aprox.)
